Use long sleeved hanes t shirt and with a hot glue gun glue fake snow on it. That's it! My mom had fake snow fabric from previous crafts but you can purchase it at Michael's or any craft store. I even saw some at the dollar store. Glue three blacks buttons down the middle and throw on a red scarf. BAM!
